Plus if he really wants to get listed on the Nasdaq the old fashioned way all he has to do is ink that fat contract and burn half of HIS shares.

Here's some statements from previous PR that Mr. Adams needs to address. NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 27 Firamada, Inc. announced today that full audited financials for 1997 will be released on EDGAR Friday, May 1st. (What is the EXACT reason this hasn't happened yet?) Firamada, Inc. also reported the following business developements: - Firamada's new Internet web site, www.firamadainc.com, will be fully activated on, or about, May 4th. - Firamada will launch a 10-city speaking tour next month featuring company President Ira Monas. Mr. Monas will begin his speaking tour with an engagement in Las Vegas, NV May 13-15 (Is this still gonna happen? Who will be speaking)? - The Morton Downey, Jr. Television Talk Show, co-produced by Firamada, Inc. and scheduled to appear in 105 markets, is slated to begin production in June. Exact dates and location will be announced at a later date. Firamada, Inc. will receive a significant percentage of the Morton Downey Show sponsorship revenues.
