As the data accumulates we are already seeing deaths from Viagra.
This is just the tip of the iceberg.

HOT STOCK HIGHLIGHTS - Top movers
NEW YORK, May 21 (Reuters) - The following were among the early-session highlights hursday:
PFIZER INC. (PFE - news) OFF 3-15/16 TO 108-7/8

Stock among the Big Board's most actives after a television news report said that drug maker sent an alert that doctors should not prescribe nitroglycerin to heart patients who had taken its Viagra unless at least 24 hours had passed. The report said Pfizer was reacting to cases where Viagra patients died after developing irreversibly low blood pressure.

Pfizer said it had simply been drafting a letter to emergency rooms reiterating previous warnings about the serious danger of combining the two drugs.

IMO its a little too late to warn the Emergency Room after the fact.
Pfizer needs to warn the general public that Viagra if used improperly can kill you! Warning the ER is like closing the barn door after the horse is already out.
