It Could Be A Choppy Friday Before A Holiday...

This wouldn't be the first time. We're in that news
trough between earnings reports... and without news to
buoy us... it's hard to see much but drift, dip, drift,
dip... morning pop up... afternoon dip... drift. We've
seen this stuff before from SEEK... way too many times.

There are things that are pending that Motro spoke
of during the conference call or in subsequent articles,
namely a new community purchase deal. Further, we've got
to get the details of the DT deal. And, for the life
of me, I can't figure out what's delaying the revamping
of their personal finance page. That would be a critical
eyeball-grabbing move. I know, now beyond a shadow of
a doubt, that they're working on it. But, nobody's telling
me anything about when it will debut.

You know, Craig, while we're doing wild speculation,
I wonder if the MSFT legal hassles has in ANY way effected
SEEK. (I mean, they have lots of ties... in Britain...
and other places. And there have been those investors
who've long felt that SEEK would eventually be taken
out by Mr. Gates.) Oh well, that's the closest I'm
going to get to an El Nino theory for what's moving
an ill wind toward SEEK...

Best Regards, Craig,
