I think this whole thing with BMR is simple.

Bob created himself a huge undertaking. He's a great computer guy and scientist, but he's not a management type, especially of a huge company. He needed help.

So this other company has been formed with the backing of private investors and help from people with a plan on how to proceed. They'll hire a bunch of people and manage this huge project they're about to bring to the world. Bob couldn't have done it alone. It was too big for him. Once the bugs are out, he'll be happy to go back to what he was doing before (retirement).

This whole thing makes good business sense to me. Now whether TPI is still a part of this, I don't know, but BMR looks better placed to make this work well.

If I can come up with some cash, I might buy a little more friday.

Hang in there folks. If you look at where this company was a year ago, you'll see some real progress.
