Scott,

What is one sided about posting information from the company 10Q? I have pointed out that the business of electronic bingo systems is very good and has tremendous growth potential. I have pointed out that there are opportunities for fast action games, such as Sonic bingo. Obviously I am a supporter of electronic bingo. However, while I am not in a position to cure the financial ailments of AGTI, I can call attention to the symptoms that indicate sickness. Hype and false hopes have led the company to its present state. A dose of reality might bring about some revival.

Assume that you believe in the prospects for electronic bingo systems and the specific technology of AGTI. Also assume that you were approached to provide financing to this company, so that it can survive, as stated in the 10Q. On what basis would you provide said funding and how would you structure this funding?

Management is striving to help the company survive, their words not mine, but for this to happen the price may be paid by; bondholders, vendors and current shareholders. The money source is out to maximize their return, not bailout those currently at risk. As they say, it's not personal, it's business.

If you see it different, I would like to hear your ideas, publicly or privately.
