Don't know for sure about the director's holdings, Flip. However, as you said, it is reassuring.

In all the time I have been watching, buying or selling repap, I have always felt comfortable that the stock would not rise or fall significantly on any given day (I have been interested in RPP for around 8 months). Many other stocks fluctuate so rapidly, when you try to get out it's too late. There is always good volume and demand for the stock which makes it easier to trade.

actually, it was a transfer of beneficial ownership based on the splitting up assets of a portfolio. dont get excited, he didnt net buy any stock.
