A little editorial in PCWeek, May 18th, titled "Who's applying for H-1B visas?".. mentions SYNT as among the top in the number of visas requested.. 131 between oct97 and march98. The top company is Mastech systems, at 672 applications.

I currently have no position in synt but have recommended shorting it since it broke above 50 pre-split. I'm interested in when everyone thinks bottom will be reached. I'd like to buy at some pt, but I'd don't see it turning around for several months...

I think the downside will be 15-18 before the next long term uptrend starts.
