Dear reg...it's me not NIR:

You should have read my earlier post to Sergio. When I spoke to IR they mentioned that a 'big...' US chemical company was interested in doing 'something' with NIR. IR and I also talked about buyouts down the road - which may happen. I thought about it for a while and posted my opinions.

It's always very interesting to read posts from folks who have talked to Jason at IR (Investor Relations). I thought about what Jason and I had talked about, and then posted a 'debriefing' to everyone here. To me, the US chemical company who is interested and the potential buyout (at some time in the future - who wouldn't be interested?) to me suggested that DuPont was that company. With ICI and DuPont having done a recent deal it seemed reasonable to continue to link the two together.

This forum is a big part of why we are all here - to exchange information and to bounce around ideas and opinions about our investments.

Sergio responded today saying that DuPont wasn't in the game - never was. Great - its gone. However, ICI is very much in the picture.

I've done enough posting for one day.
