Mr. Forthright, If these so called promoters/off-shore buyers wanted to unload their cheap stock, wouldn't you agree that they would have reduced the recently announced private placement from 5 million to 4 million, and then crossed their 1 million shares between $1.80 - $2.10 to the institutional buyers. In total 5 million would still be placed. I personally hope that Nortran downsizes this private placement to an amount that would be enough to qualify them for a TSE listing. Wisee
