I agree with you that the price will snap back. I do however believe that suf will trade lower tomorrow before it does. I hope I'm right I'm looking to add to my position. I believe even without Marsfontien suf is undervalued. Maybe some of the naysayers on this thread can sell me some shares at 6.50 tomorrow.

Is your use of the word 'flatulate' a typo ?
If not then things don't look so great.
There is NO court case to resolve.
The Section 24 is at the Ministers discretion and has nothing to do with a court case at all.
