I agree with you that the price will snap back. I do however believe that suf will trade lower tomorrow before it does. I hope I'm right I'm looking to add to my position. I believe even without Marsfontien suf is undervalued. Maybe some of the naysayers on this thread can sell me some shares at 6.50 tomorrow. Andy

Is your use of the word 'flatulate' a typo ? If not then things don't look so great. There is NO court case to resolve. The Section 24 is at the Ministers discretion and has nothing to do with a court case at all.
