Curly et al:

Still hanging and hoping. I'm pretty close to long term capital gains rates now. Wish I had some capital gains. Would have if I had bailed at 28, but that's just not my mojo. I'll be here to the dirty end.

Being a pilot, I could argue the reverse of that point and drub you pretty bad. I do, however, appreciate your optimism and staying power.

As the result of good fortunes elsewhere, it behooves me a great deal to sell all of my CYMI through right now and roll back in after expiration of the 30 day wash sale rule. The technicals suggest that the price is going lower before it goes higher, so I think I just might be able to get away with it. Next quarter, forecasted to be bleak, is 90 days away. Just don't see any short term uplegs. Do you?

For those who care, on a long view this is still my favorite company, BTW.

More info on the .18 front:

AltiVec technology was launched at a Networld+Interop press
briefing. At the briefing two Motorola engineers mentioned that the
first AltiVec chip would be pin-compatible with the current G3
chips, and that chip size, power consumption and price would be
identical to, or better than, the G3 due to the use of the copper HiP
5.0 process, which uses 0.18 micron lines.
The PowerPC G4 with
AltiVec will probably start shipping at 400 MHz according to
sources.
