Seeing all of the recent hype of this company, I called NUTK yesterday. The conversation was very open and, IMHO, very positive. The total oil holdings have the potential of generating earnings of $.50 a share, beginning shortly. I do not have my note pad with me, and will fill in the gaps at such time as I do. If I remember correctly, the company expects 2-3 thousand barrels/day once up and running. As stated in the recent press release, NUTK, based on polling and early response, sees the potential of 100 to 200 million dollars in revenue from the combined plate/cup holder product over a three year period. Selling at $19.95, $10 of which is pure profit, whoever I spoke to said the company expects at least $1 per share earnings. Finally, the man told me that earlier in the year, the company expected a stock price of $.50 by mid-summer, $1 by fall, and $3 by early 1999, when they expect to file for NASDAQ small-cap status. He noted that at this rate, those prices could be reached sooner. I invested based on the known oil reserves, that if calculated at the P/E of 10 used in an earlier message, would produce a share price of $5 on its own merits. I also think the combined plate/cup holder is a great idea (fully-patented by NUTK), which could have an incredible market not only for picnics, but also by professional party caterers or with team logos added at sporting events. The gentleman I spoke to told me he mailed out the most up-to-date info on the new products yesterday morning (including a cell-phone holder/car mount to be launched in July and a lap-top computer strap already on the market)to individual investors, market makers and potential institutional investors. The facts sold me. I wanted to share them with you.
