Sadie over on the Stockhouse tread posted this Kaiser Report excerpt.. "In regard to the Kaiser fax: It is 5 pages long, so forget getting it all, but I will try to give you a brief indication of the meat: - Kaiser is still not generally bullish on the SVB- calls it groping in a dark attic. Kaisers thoughts: - pullback is healthy for the SVB play because it rectifies a risk-reward imbalance that was not sustainable in a resource sector bear market. - Best buys in SVB are CYP at 42 and MGJ at 37 He likes MGJ because of the downside risk factor and alternative discovery potential - especially the Victoria Is diamond project. - Says NAI at 95 is at a more reasonable buying level. - Donner remains overpriced and now that its uptrend has been violently broken, will need some very solid results to mend its broken back. - Kaiser says we need a discovery hole - says the core last fall was not a discovery hole - too narrow. For a discovery hole we will want to see grades in excess of 2% for nickel and 1 % copper over intervals of 20 metres or more. -Traders should stick to the juniors whose ground will be drilled in 1998 and mentions DML, NAI, MGJ and CYP. The SVB play is anything but dead. - says MGJ and CYP offer the best leverage, but of them all, he says only MGJ destiny is not tied to the success of SVB. In fact, he likes MGJ equally well for its 50-50 joint venture with AOT on its Victoria Island diamond project in the NWT. Victoria Is. is one extra good reason to own MGJ. So that is the general drift of the fax, with lots of other data, etc. - seems to like MGJ as the least risk, but still offering good upside on any discovery."
