I think the DD's are becoming incestuous. Here we have IPM with interest in MGAU. IPM is in financial trouble. Why don't they pair up with MGAU and just work on one project? Instead, MGAU goes out and buys rights to another DD property who just happens to be owned by some former and current posters to the IPM thread who just staked their claims in the last year.

Or better yet Charles, I still have my five acres of desert dirt. Less than one mile from the interstate and the river. Power already on site along with a well, shop and dwelling. I have an option on 15 adjacent acres. I will sell it all to you for $200,000 and a 2% net smelter return. VBG
