I have learned, that some of what I posted earlier, was complete bull shit! I will no longer be posting on this thread. I apologize, if I may have misled anybody, in anyway. I already have a 100K buy order in for tomorrow, if the stock price dips at all. Believe me...FAMH, is still one of the best investments, you can possibly make. If all goes as I pray, we should be back up to $0.70, by the end of next week.

Ira said earlier that Arif Adam has a contract by which he gets automatic shares. My guess is that, no matter what, he gets to keep majority ownership. So, for every share issued for something else, he gets one share to keep his shares above 50%
