I don't think it is late enough in the game for a wrong boat -- the market is beginning to shake out. Certain companies will definitely be players -- Yahoo and Netscape being the two certain ones. After that, well that is why you see so many deals happening right now. The rest of the kids are still in motion and the music is still playing but there are definitely not enough chairs to go around. The right time to ask if we are in the right boat is after the next round of musical chairs begins. Kick-off will be Microsoft's launch of Start -- but the real action will begin when traditional media starts to make some real moves -- including some big acquisitions -- in this space. Just my $0.02
