Open letter to Puma employees:

I know that many of you have followed my posts over the most recent six
months. I would like to thank all of you for all of the hard work you
have put in to make Puma a success. You will be rewarded because today
is Puma's first day as a "momentum" stock. The word is now out and
spreading among those in the investment community. Thank you for the
following:
1. For maintaining strong revenue growth.

2. For beating estimates even as you spend 40% of revenue on R&D.

3. For having the courage to sacrifice the short term profits by
spending huge sums on R&D in order for Puma to support every major
device manufacturer which has allowed Puma to become (in Brad Rowe's
words) the "de facto standard" for data synro.

4. For beating out Microsoft to be chosen to be the select software
company in Bluetooth.

5. For the vision to understand that Puma's market potential extended
beyond PIM synchroniztion for Palmtops. As a result of the above, as it was stated in the conference call, even if there are other companies who want to compete in Puma's space on bluetooth, goodluck for them, because Puma has already established itself with all major hardware/internet/software companies as the company to call on.

Keep the spirt up, work hard (get the server product out ASAP and make it the best), the stock price will reward you.
