A VERY rational post Dick. I have nothing personal about Mackie, but I agree he has acted unprofessional and manipulative in regard to FAMH. Thank you for taking the time to point out the pros and cons of FAMH.

Brad's profit projections are based on numbers handed out by Ira!

Now, are we to believe that Ira lied about the number of outstanding shares... but he told the truth about the earnings, and is "dead on" with his projections? You are actually counting on Ira's forecasts?

Enough said.

P.S. How much of last year's profits are one-time earnings?

Dick,

another great post one thing I would also like to point out that this company has moved from being a micro cap to a small cap company ( small cap 50 mm to 500 mm ) in less than a year. That's great news!! There has been a lot of growing pains in getting there, IRA tried it the short cut way did not work so we will do it the long way which is usually the right way.

And come on shareholders take a look around you these numbers that are being crunched are close to right as you can get. They are Positive and I like that.

Dick. Continued excellence. Ok, .08 EPS x 15=$1.20 plus throw in your personal value of .50cents per share, and FAMH should be selling for $1.70 right now. I am buying some more tomorrow. Best regards, Dave

Dick:

I think that you should ask for a position with FAMH? Why don't you add your comments to the Thread's issue of the number of outstanding shares NOW! and your best sales/estimates for this year! Then tell me where you see the price of this stock. As far as a multiple placed upon this stock (YOU ARE DREAMING), especially with the printing press. Then explain the added expense of this "Sales Menu", which we all know is expensive on any company, when a company recruits and most importantly, PAYS the expenses, commissions, etc.

I think that I have posted the following in regards to this company:

1. FAMH never filed any paperwork with the SEC, in regards to filing any type of financials. Reported weeks ago.

2. Ira Monas was unbelievable, unprofessional, and lacked true business sense. Holding back information and misleading shareholders with press releases.

3. Where's the Morton Downey show? Ira and Morton teaming up?

4. The running of the presses, with regards to 70 MILLION OUTSTANDING SHARES. What are the projected 1998 earnings? I don't think so, especially if a major "sales" initiative starting soon...right?

5. Where does the company make up additional revenues for the 70 MILLION OUTSTANDING SHARES accounting, or perhaps, "Did I hear...something...." a reverse split! Oh..NO, Mr. Bill!

So don't give me all that additional fluff on the Conference Call, give me information about financials? That is all anyone wants to know that is a shareholder or investor in any market!

In conclusion, I have done nothing but keep the investors, lurkers, etc. of this thread informed of the above activities. Activities that have followed by the company's actions and/or statements. So why don't you and others try to overcome that fact!

Try to read, perform own DD, and listen, before ....

Thanks,

Mackie

Dick, I agree with you...

Instant reactions without analysis may lead to a wrong decision...

Didn't Arif say that there were 70 million shares outstanding. With 28 million in the float. Of the 70 million that are not in the float (42 million), these 42 million were own mostly by Arif and management, and that most of the 42 million were restricted...

We need to know about the restricted shares (42 million) also. How they are restricted, are they figured in the EPS, when are they unrestricted, who and how many they own!!!

I believe that by the end of 1998 we will be very satisfied with FAMH and our investment.

I can wait and watch FAMH grow SALES and REVENUES and along the way take the opportunity to add to my small position when I have the chance.

I believe when the quality of PR and the WEBSITE information improve people may feel more at ease.

Looking forward to a CFO and the Financials on EDGAR, and hopefully a reporting CO in 90 days with the SEC. We need these, ASAP!!!

Great post Dick!!!

Have a great weekend!!!
