Steven - That is one question and others on the thread and elsewhere may be better qualifed to answer that. The secondary affair would be interesting to examine. Management asked the public for $90m and were given it. As I say I'm not a lawyer but actions of this nature are part and parcel of being a public company and the system exists to assist shareholders and is a valid method of getting managment to pay some attention to their shareholders legitmate concerns. It is today not simply a question of ... well who asked you to buy the stock. Other questions are the ones I raised in my post to you yesterday and they are equally valid. L
