Your post is nail on the head. What we have is a failure to communicate by management. The company as previously posted ad nauseum by myself and others needs to be releasing a steady flow of information to keep the company in front of the market and potential new investors. Its elementary but apparently management is "subelementary" and to use some mining terms, as dumb as dirt.

Where's the new CEO search? Where are the rest of the BD holes? How far away are releases of assays on the new holes? How many labs are working on the new holes? Who are the new labs, if any? What happened with the report the S. Africans were preparing? Who is selling all the shares and why? More importantly, who is accumulating all the shares being sold in a panic over the past couple of months?

These are all fair questions but we have no answers. We also have lost the sense of momentum which was temporarily created at the time of the management change. Fear of the unknown is a great motivator. That's what is happening to the stock price plain and simple. The only question is whether or not the situation is merely non-feasance or if it constitutes malfeasance. JLA
