Why was the SUF press release confusing?
Surely the objective of a press release is to clarify matters.
The simple facts are as follows:
SUF abandoned both the Section 17 and the interdict against the heirs/NGS.
The heirs/NGS didn't back off at all.
Only SUF backed off.Think about it.
I certainly didn't see any unhappy heirs and the SUF people might have been happy and excited not to embarrass themselves in court.
Think about it , who told you that the heirs were unhappy and SUF were happy?
Why gloat over another persons misfortune?
I wonder who tried to ' screw ' who ?
Chris Jennings was not at court and according to Mrs.Jennings who was quoted in the press the case was only supposed to take place on Friday.
Maybe that is why he was so calm and pleased.
Forget all about your political ramblings and concentrate on the facts.
SUF tried to obtain the M1 by going via the back door and it didn't work out.
