There is one firm specializing in it on NYSE. I don't know who; maybe AOL's investor relations or NYSE PR dept. can tell you.
Like most NYSE issues it also trades on regional exchanges & OTC, but those follow the NYSE as far as pricing goes. The regional specialist & OTC dealers don't stick their necks out too far.
