I believe Mark C. was voluntarily providing that service for awhile--until he got called up for duty in the ICVI satellite battle. Maybe as soon as that exercise is over (looks like they've got it under control--turned out to be merely a skirmish) he'll be back and resume his generous summaries.

Of course, anyone can provide the service in his absence. Just can't automatically have his ration of refreshments from the engineroom.
