To anyone...I've been watching FCSEW. Play is intense, as breakeven on them is ~$3.75 & they must be exercised by Tuesday. Stock, late day, was riding heavy between 3 7/8 - 3 15/16. Most feel warrants are holding it down.

I'm wondering what the dynamics might be on this one; 1) whether MMs might have some and let the stock run over $4 again to capitalize on the warrants, 2) whether management might have some and be trying to push the price through $4 to make them worthwhile and bring in some cash to retire debt, 3) whether majority holders are driving the price down to keep the warrants from exercising and diluting the stock by ~10%.

Don't know how these things play out & thought some of you might have some experience/examples. Thanks! LB

Ifciw purchases were back last year at 1/2, but your right I did get a little confused. Myncw's actual company name is very similar to IFCI, which threw me off. I been passive on Ifciw, just watching it go up, but I may add on a correction in the tech which is likly in the next month or so. I'll take a look at Pracw as I have not been in it before.
