I too have reached my saturation point...tgs, you don't belong here and anyone that throws his two cents in and says he does will get flamed as well. Is anyone surprised with the 10K???...NOT ME!!! Anyone who has been in AGTI since the conference call way back when, is aware of the problems AGTI faced. Do we constantly need tgs to remind us???...NO!!! Do you readers have to constantly let him use you as a sounding board to repeat his negative slant to all his posts??? He is saying nothing new. He keeps repeating the same old information, using the 10K as an excuse to once again say what we ALL already know. As Randy mentioned earlier, he is using many of you because of his pleasant communication skills. He sugar coats the facts, and nicely reminds the naive of how poorly AGTI is doing, but compliments you on your question or comment. WAKE UP PEOPLE!!! tgs is a distributor of products that are in direct competition with AGTI. As ROSARIO pointed out, he owns no shares. HE IS NOT A STOCKHOLDER!!! But yet you communicate with him blindly. Are some of you who support his posting working with him??? Well, be prepared to be questioned because I've had it with MR. PLEASANT (tgs) and anyone that supports him. I don't care about the knowledge of bingo products he brings to this thread. How many of you invest in stocks and are concerned about the actual technical data of a company's products??? I would say very few of you. The research one does is simple! You read as many news articles you can find, you review financial statements, you check the 52 week range of the stock, you read the threads and then make a value judgement. That's what the concerned investor will do (I forgot, telephone calls to a company's IR department). But how many of you do that??? Once again, very few!!! Many of you buy a stock and then do your research....WRONG!!! Those of you who think tgs is here to help you need another wake up call...WAKE UP!!! He is here to kick sand in our face and many of you are letting him. Why would someone who claims to be running the largest Bingo Distributorship in Texas spend so much time trying to help his competition's investors. You people have already bought the stock....his constant repeating of AGTI's problems keeps others away. He would love to see AGTI fold...that would be one less competitor to worry about. Oh, I'm sorry, I mean future competitor, because AGTI right now is not a competitor to tgs...he is just doing everything he can to make sure that doesn't happen. And, many of you STOCKHOLDERS are helping him!!! How??? You continue to acknowledge him!!! Step back for a moment people and try to figure out the benefit of his posting here??? Do the Board of Directors of Ford allow a member of Chrysler to sit in and comment on their meetings. Ford doesn't need someone from Chrysler to tell them about their problems, just like we don't need tgs constantly telling us about AGTI's problems. In Jerome's approach to a problem...WAKE UP...WAKE UP...WAKE UP!!! (You keep posting Jerome, you may be irritating at times, but your a stockholder and you have every right to bitch...I would break bread and share a bottle of my homemade wine with you anytime!). tgs...from now on your posts will get a direct rebuttal from me (disclaimer) for any new readers that may think your helping them. I urge others to expose him on every post and anyone who supports him. I found a bunch of pennies in my couch, that's why I offered more than 2 cents! Regards to all, no matter where AGTI takes us!!!
