I felt that most of the evidence supporting TT had more to do with the law suite than their compliance. (I have a hunch this is their prep work for after the ruling of contempt.)

Sorry John there was no closing arguments. They simply ran out of time. I have no idea what the folks on the TT thread are so happy about. Their chances of being in contempt have been enhanced considerably due to this part of the contempt hearing. Yes TT did use their argument about the waste contracts etc., but this was greatly to their detriment. These arguments are irrelevant to the case at hand.
