Jimmy: One of the key things that I keep coming back to about the BNGO situation is that Mims and Harrison sold their businesses to AB&G for stock. Mims holds over 800,000 shares and the Harrisons hold 1,000,000 shares. These transactions took place when the share price of BNGO was around $8.00.

This was the deciding factor that led me to buy BNGO at that price and has probably been the only thing that kept me from selling through all the BS going on at AB&G early this year. I believe it is also the driving force that led to Wilson's exit as CEO and probably the replacement of those other Board members.

Mims and Harrison have a HUGE vested interest in seeing this company get straight and realize a much higher share price. It remains to be seen if they do it, obviously, but I think Mims and Harrison would trade some of their immediate compensation to see BNGO shares on the rise again.
