Tonto, no disrespect intended, but this is the same guessing game that builds the wall between you and the people you think your helping. Quit playing games with these people You know the answers to the questions, why not spit it out?

Tonto,

I think this should be reported to the exchange authorities. The company should explain what is going on. There are rules and laws that apply for all including BB companies. Some people may end up going to prison.
