Do not worry about recall of the warrants. They have to wait for the ten days over $2.50 then have to give a news release of a 30 day notice. There is plenty of time and I mean plenty of time to exercise the warrants.

ALso with the exercise price you at .50 to the warrant and you have your common share price. Both or rather neither have an adavantage over the other. However the warrant being lower will double much quicker for a momentum trader or some one fully understanding to potential and then Exercise later at .50.

P.S. Remember this thread has been moved to Arcon Energy (MIDL presently) Gold mining, natural resources.

Mykldee - No, the exercise price of the W. after the news release, after it is formalized with the SEC, is .50 You have plenty of time to exercise. The only part that the $2.50 plays is when the common reaches that price, AND you have not already exercised, then, after they publish a 30-day notice, you have 10 days to exercise OR the company has the right to recall for .05 per W. Clearly you would never let that happen.
