Sorry DR, but before I jump into SVV I do have a couple more questions for you.

- The SVV web site shows a Duncan McKay as Director Corporate Development. Is this old? Is this a title that is not related to being a director of the company?

- Employee incentive stock options for directors and employees were announced in a news release June 12/97, 960,000 shares. Did/does Duncan McKay qualify for those incentives? What was/is the exercise price?

- Stockwatch shows a Duncan McKay bought a conertible instrument in SVV in May of 1997. Can you shed any light on that one? Is this the 3 year $1,500,000 convertible debenture at 6% paid annually and convertible into units at a price of .60 per unit in the first year, .65 in the second year (to Jan 6, 1999), and .70 in the third year (to Jan 6,2000)?

Regards,

Jim

Hi DR,

I've got some questions too...If Roper and Silver Peak have the same management, will Silver Peak benefit from the Roper SEE partnership/acquisition?

If yes, how?, if not, should we be selling Silver Peak and buying Roper?

Just thought I'd ask
