Just because the commercial black box may be compromised doesn't mean that the military equivalent is. I suspect differences exist. If the designers have done the job well, reverse engineering the box is the easiest part of developing a capability to take over command control of satellites. The had part is discovering the private part of the keys which are unique for each black box.

You're right. Anybody that defends this president on any of the myriad charges is deceiving himself.

Something not widely addressed enough is Clinton's obsession with political moneys. From the coffees to Lincoln bedroom to selling access to foreigners, he seems to be endlessly raising money.

My bet would be that he's the one who offered Loral/Schwartz the Chinese business as quid pro quo. Easy for the investigators to check. Just check phone records of Clinton to Schwartz calls (not the other way around). I guarantee Clinton initiated this business because he felt he had a "live" one. After all, hasn't Schwartz been a high rolling Dem for many years?

You can say whatever you want about Bush's negotiating the release of the hostages, but its still treason in my book.

Clinton's legacy now includes being the Nuclear Proliferation President. Seems Slick is very good at selling things to the Chinese. Let's hope The Children don't pay too steep a price for that particular perfidy of his.

But Bush did exactly the same thing- authorized nine launches in china. Why is it ok for Bush but wrong for Clinton? HMMM?
