It never was reported. Through some of my Arizona contacts I learned the information. It wasn't really a gag order. The court told the AZ dept. that they could not call the company a scam and they could not advise to invest or not invest. They are still free to tell people that they sampled the dirt and found nothing. They are free to say anything as long as they don't give investment advice; ie. they can say "In my opinion there is no platinum in any of these ores."
