This is the same news we had already, of course, just oddly released today. Maybe it just found its way down from the satellite. But I had a thought re-reading it, which is that one of the things I'm liking about the announcement and the deal is the way it is branding WAVX as an ESD company. That's a term that's still mostly unknown, and I think the comments have been worded carefully in order to make the connection: WAVX=ESD.
