Just a discussion point:

Any comments on the theory that we could be in
a "rotational bull." IOW, sectors have their
own individual bear markets and bull markets.

I am not having too much trouble finding some
interesting value candidates. Several sectors
are definitely way out of favor now.

There are indeed many companies that seem
immune, and can it be that they would crash
while the currently down sectors move up.

Overall, the S&P is overvalueld. But we
know there is a self-fulfilling prophecy in that.
Many small and midcaps are suffering
from massive ignorance.

I just bring this up for discussion, since
I'm finding that my personal portfolio (which
is all long and cash BTW) doesn't move with the
averages because the companies I own are
so out of favor. I can have a good day
while the S&P is down, and I can have a bad
day when all three averages are up.

Good Investing,
Mike

Skeets, I liked the thread, though I did write a note disagreeing with one point. MB
