SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 21, 1998--Management announced that it has been granted the right to acquire additional international Soltron(TM) territories. This creates the opportunity for the company to participate in the global commercialization of Soltron(TM) and fulfil its corporate philosophy of commercializing environmentally friendly products and technologies. The company has also been granted similar international rights for other products and services currently being commercialized elsewhere in the world. In an Addendum to the Soltron(TM) Acquisition Agreement of Nov. 4, 1996 the company has been granted a first right of refusal to acquire an interest in other international territories where Soltron(TM) and other products and services controlled by Dominion Capital Pty. Ltd. of Melbourne, Australia are being commercialized. Dominion Capital Pty. Ltd. has the exclusive world rights to Soltron(TM) and other environmentally friendly products and technologies that are currently produced and sold under license in Japan, Australia, Malaysia, Thailand and the United Kingdom. The company has a first right of refusal to acquire an interest in these international territories, with the exception of Japan, on terms and conditions to be negotiated on a product by product and a territory by territory basis.
