Gary, since You are speculating what caused the 50% dividend etc. I got an idea - JMHO of course: if You create shareholder value like MIDL does, won't that make a NASDAQ listing within the current year possible ? I mean all that's needed would be a $4 price above 1 year plus some minimum trading loat (!!) & asset-criteria. That be all... Could be a means of increasing trading float by October without causing dilution OR hitting the market with selling transactions... regards CROSSY
