david, i thought i saw the technology was being used to produce dram, too. if so, their cost basis will be less than mu. i guess it does depends on the mix, though. people still expect a big turn in the short term and this is not good as the hitachi's of the world will hold on to participate. even if they head fake everyone with their releases ;-)

when mu hits $6 companies will actually be leaving the dram market for for good. some by choice and some will get zenithed ;-)
