<<<I'm very comfortable with my position in ADVH>>>

Thank you both for your kind words. I am frankly surprised that the share price has declined since my purchase. But ADVH is an awesome opportunity and I, too, am happy I own it.

Among physicians it is clear that global risk contracting is the optimal solution to health care financing problems. The problem is that patients want the best health care that somebody else's money can buy. Global risk contracting does represent a fundamental change in the physician-patient relationship. In the past, we were the patients advocates only. We were taught to spend every last dollar on every diagnostic and therapeutic intervention, without regard to costs. We had an adversarial relationship with insurance companies.

The new model requires that physicians make decisions in a manner that balances patient benefits against societal costs. The old model has failed (FPAM, MDM, OXFD). I don't know when Wall Street is going to figure out that ADVH is the solution to the problem, rather than part of the problem. But when they do, I know I will be a shareholder.

Best Regards,
Tom
