How can you tell whether or not I have a case when you don't even have enough time to read the rules?

By the way, it never did hit 66 bid, but this has nothing to do with my complaint.

Why would you think Craig only has a case if the stock gets bid 66?
manning rules require the offer is displayed if mm doesnt make market in it in 30 seconds...so 30 seconds after firm got order, if order was inbetween, it should have become his offer. Since the offer moved up to 66 1/2, trading through him, he should have been complete.
He would have been complete here.
