rdww, I'm inclined to agree with you about this being a shallow hole. They have been following the native mining works and drilled this one because of indicated previous workings. So they couldn't have been to deep. SJD could clear this up quick.

If gold drilling is anything like my cousins oil/gas drilling operation...you can be sure that visible gold didn't get past them. It would have been spotted in the core and immediate plans made to expand the drilling. It is interesting that Aidokrom is 400m to the NW and they see this deposit trending to the west. Connected? It will also be interesting to see where the hole with 43g/t at the last meter was located in relation to Father Brown.

Shows that a good news release can still move the market anyway.
