Shareholder: FROM: Arif Adam CEO Firamada Inc. Via: Preferred Financial Marketing Inc. There have been questions in regards to the total number of shares outstanding, float and why the number of shares isued has increased. I want to give you answers to these questions: There are 70 Million shares issued 46 Million shares are restricted stock 24 Million shares are in the Float The increase in the shares is due to restricted stock issued to management, stock issued to buy Myriad and the Delaware operation and additional stock issued to collateralize the 12 million-dollar line of credit. The company has gone from being a 10 Million-dollar company to a 60+ Million-dollar company; this could not be done without issuing additional stock. The name of our accounting firm is: Merdinger, Fruchter, Rosen & Curso P.C. Mr. Steven Curso will be the financial spokes person for Firamada until a CFO is appointed. He will address all questions in this regard and has given permission for his mobile phone number to be given to share holders that have pertinent questions. He will be a guest speaker on the next Firamada conference call. In the past, many erroneous posting have appeared on the Internet. To safeguard the integrity of our communications to our shareholders and the public all future postings will only appear on the Firamada website or be transmitted by professional wire services, in press release style. Please regard anything else as being false. Again I thank you, and look forward to our next teleconference call. Fitz, that's it. Thanks for getting back to me I've tried to contact several others including yourself to get this info out, but I guess they thought they were dealing with a nut. Thanks again, Sincerely, Lonnie A
