A SI non-member who's been lurking this board kindly agreed to send me his notes from the meeting. Here they are:

The meeting was very lightly attended, with probably 15 or fewer actual shareholders. About 15 - 20 others, namely officers, directors, employees and others with ties to the company. Naturally, everything passed.

They have a number of new products due to roll out, which will be unveiled at the E3 gathering next week in Atlanta. In addition to the Nascar Force GT force-feedback steering wheel, they'll be unveiling two new wheels targeted at the lower end of the market. The Nascar Sprint will be the low-end wheel and another wheel called (if I remember correctly) the Nascar SpeedSport which will be the middle wheel and should replace the existing T2 wheel. These wheels, including the Force GT, should be out by September - October of this year. They also discussed a number of new console controllers for the Nintendo64 - Sony Playstation.

Perhaps most exciting is the FistFighter product which is an entirely new product designed for fight-type games such as Doom, Quake where the player operates from a "first person" perspective. It's a two-handed controller utilizing a four-axis system that allows the player to turn, move left-right, forward-back, and aim up/down. This unique controller will create a whole new product category.

In regards to the website, Aanderud says that while an updated site will be coming soon (date unspecified), he didn't feel that it was an area that will result in a big return on the money that would be spent.

Questions were asked about the quarterly loss and the product returns that led up to it. Aanderud responded that the Millenium Interceptor stick just didn't go over very well in the marketplace, and so TMSR got a lot of product back. In talking with one of their product developers, he believes the Millenium is no longer in production.

I've accepted my bath in TMSR so will be off to lick my wounds. Adios, and good luck.

Geo.

I see that none of you EXPERTS attended. A very good friend in Portland attended for me. He talked with Aanderud and Resnick as well as the tech. Thinks there may be some outstanding technology coming. The question is can management deliver the story to Wall Street. Only one person asked any good questions but he got side tracked.

E-3 could be very interesting. If the stock starts moving you will know they did a good job at the show.
