HI,
To answer to the best of my knowledge to a couple of points you raised:
1) The ownership Mr. C and his family have in PNLK can be justified by the fact that they created and bought this baby to life. It is understandable that they should own a big chunk of stock.

2) I can assure you that insiders cannot free up their restricted stock that easy. And I doubt that they will want to kill their company now.
In their mind this stock is probably estimated in the 2 digit figures and why sell it now ?

Of course this is my personal opinion and I would be happy to have Glenn's input.
Regards
Malko.

I agree with Lucky Lady >> Mr. C's Fam. should be restricted for at
least 18 Mo. OR this stock will not move at all. This by itself WILL
scare new investors away.

I would like to see Mr. C,s response in this matter.

Thank You
