Here is the article from Business Week

NEW YORK, May 21 (Reuters) - USA Detergents , which
appears headed for recovery after posting a loss in 1997, could
be moving closer to a deal with an interested buyer, according
to the June 1 issue of Business Week.
USA Detergents was once seen as a possible target for
Clorox Co , Business Week said. But the company reported
a string of troubles, including making mistakes in its 1996
financial statements, the closure of six plants and the
resignation of its president.
However, Merrill Lynch ananalyst Rommel Dionisio told
Business Week the USA Detergents has made "solid progress" in
its turnaround effort.
Dionisio said he expects the company to earn $0.50 a share
in 1998 and $0.70 to $0.75 in 1999.
A company spokesman declined to comment to Business Week on
any potential acqusitions.
