OSX has tested 107 three times and now seems to want to break down. I was over on the weenie thread<gggg> and Thean believes that we are going to make a W instead of a U in this sector which means another trip down below 100 on the OSX. Will it happen, nobody knows.

the best strategy during the last leg down was to look for any strength and to short it. I'm not long or short here, just stating my observations.

I have wanted to buy FGII very badly now for about 4 days. Even had a buy order in at 39 which I pulled after looking at the technicals.. Maybe I should have looked before I put in the buy order<ggg> Well thank god I wasn't filled.

Technicals don't look much better here. IMHO

Shorts made a lot of money on the last leg down and you can bet they will be jumping all over this percieved weakness to do it again.......falling knife syndrome.

Later,
Richard
