Dave, one of the method:
Go to nasdaq.com and find 10 most advanced on open. That site doesn't give you price on open. You can go with that 10 stocks to Yahoo and get exact info on previous close and today open and percentile. After that you ready to check in real time, I use Datek. But be very careful with these guys. Some of them may go up for two days and give you a nice quick profit, some of them may go down on profit taking. So you have to be really fast in checking the charts and news before buying. Check out the contest on Yahoo. The guys started two weeks ago with $100000 now have 100-300% profit. Checking out their holdings you will see that they play only hot stocks. But this is again very dangerous game. Good luck, Michael
