Richard, I think you missed my point. The "problem" with CHIP isn't the potential of the property, the "problem" is there is virtually NO investment into finding out what is IN the property. Minimal investment NO COC testing NO COC Certified results (that I know of anyway) means NO way to tell what it is worth. Naxos is working at the other end of the spectrum with an extended COC drill program with certified testing to follow to display for all to see EXACTLY what FL is worth. Hence they are not in the same category AT ALL. Tom F.
