Pat, I can well understand, and I congratulate you ICVI people for your long endurance. One thing to note, though, is that this is no longer ICVI, in name only. We own ME. Even the name will be history. So to bail because of ICVI history, although understandable from a psychological sense, is not very smart from an investement sense. JMHO
