penni,

Hi! Haven't talked with you for some time! The world been treating you okay?

To respond to your post, I think the answer is actually a fairly simple one: teach objectivity to children, tell them there are rules that underpin life and that lead to success and fulfillment, set examples for our children and encourage them to follow and admire excellent role models, follow what the schools are teaching them -- much of it is crap -- and teach them at home, as well as work on deprogramming them from some of the slop their teachers are trying to ruin their brains and individuality with.

Most of the problems we see around us today are caused by the death of the individual spirit, a feeling of helplessness or disempowerment. All this can be reversed when a person understands and accepts that the world is a pretty wondrous place and that almost anything can be accomplished and any boxes that people find themselves "trapped" in is a box they put themselves in in the first place!Individuals must realize that they are and must be the supreme masters of their lives.

If things don't start to change for the better soon, I predict the smartest, most objective people will start leaving the U.S. in search of a spot on the world where a free, objective society with objective laws can be created again. If not in earth, then in space. Time frame? less than 50 years.

FT

Hi Penni,

<<The problems now lie, not in the amount of money we spend on social programs, but far, far deeper, in the souls of people.>>

You've hit the nail on the head!

<<And I don't know the solution for that>>

But you are on the right track, just by making you're own individual effort.
