Jim, Mr. Collardeau has earned credibility with me by his work product, vision and the associates he has chosen. While interesting, a resume doesn't exhibit the qualities we have observed. He has shown vision, tenacity, perfectionist, class, judgement, timing, ambition and general knowledge of the industry. As our mothers have told us, "you can judge person by the company he keeps". Those willing to associate with him are superior. (Reread the press releases. For example, the May 14th Unz.& Co. press release pp#3.) Smart people don't know everything. They can recognize what they need and know how to find it. Mr. C has this quality too. He also believes in incentive management. Mr. Zagoren showed his confidence in Mr. C and PNLK by agreeing to receive the substantial portion of his compensation from increased stock value---a year from now. OUR CEO DESERVES OUR RESPECT AND APPRECIATION...I am long on PNLK... THIS IS A BUYING OPPORTUNTY...WE ARE IN THE RIGHT TIME AND PLACE.. AHEAD OF THE CURVE...MY opinion! Lucky Lady
